How does a day, week, month look?
Every day here brings a mix of focus, collaboration, and fun. From team stand-ups and project deep-dives to spontaneous coffee chats and after-work activities, no two days are exactly the same. Throughout the week, you’ll experience a balance of meetings, individual work time, knowledge sharing, and cross-team initiatives. Over the course of a month, you’ll see bigger projects come to life, take part in learning sessions, team events, and have plenty of opportunities to grow both professionally and personally. Every Wednesday, we start the day together with a cozy breakfast at the office 🍳. It's a great chance to slow down for a moment, catch up with colleagues, share some laughs, and fuel up for the day ahead. Whether it’s fresh bread, fruit, or a warm cup of coffee, it’s one of those small traditions that help us stay connected and build a strong team spirit.
Every Friday, we gather for "Working from the Kitchen" — a relaxed afternoon where we mix work, socializing, and a few beverages 🍻. It’s a chance to wrap up the week together in a more informal setting, share ideas, collaborate, and simply enjoy each other’s company. Whether you're finishing tasks, brainstorming over a drink, or just catching up with teammates, it’s the perfect way to celebrate the end of a productive week.
Every month, we host a themed afterwork event 🌃 — a fun tradition where we come together outside of work hours to relax, celebrate, and connect. Each month brings a new theme, from quiz nights and karaoke to seasonal parties or casual hangouts. It’s a great opportunity to unwind, get to know colleagues across teams, and make some great memories along the way. There's always something to look forward to!

Every day is a little different, which keeps things interesting. I usually start with a team check-in, then dive into focused project work. Some days we have brainstorming sessions or cross-team collaborations. And of course, Wednesdays mean breakfast together, and Fridays we wrap up with Working from the Kitchen!
